These hearing aids from HearCare are a gift from heaven. My communication is a joy and hard to describe. You go through life once and it's too short to miss those you love, grandchildren and others.

I spent more than 30 years teaching college students how to test hearing and how to fit hearing aids and now I have two aids. My dissertation was an investigation of the electrical and acoustical characteristics for better hearing. Dr. Lippold was a student of mine and one of the most outstanding. His care and skill have helped me to much better hearing.

Dealing with hearing loss is not only difficult for the person with the loss; but also for their family and friends. With severe hearing loss in both ears, communication with our Dad had become almost impossible. He couldn’t even visit with relatives over the phone. At one point, he told his brother-in-law that he would have to call and talk after he got his hearing aids because he could no longer hear over the phone. After visits with our Dad, we would walk away with strained throats because we had to practically yell for him to hear us. But once Dad got his hearing aids, it was wonderful. His own words in describing attending church were priceless… “I felt like I was in paradise because I could hear the priest!” Dad could now hear the sprinkler pump, the car blinker, the birds singing, the fall leaves rustling in the wind and the clock ticking in the dining room; simple things we all took for granted. We no longer had to yell when we talked to him. It truly was a blessing that he decided to get hearing aids. His quality of life improved.

The staff at HearCare was so helpful and pleasant to work with. After experiencing a minor problem with one of the hearing aids, it had to be sent back for some fine tuning. Dr. Lippold, knowing that Dad could no longer drive anymore, was kind enough to deliver the hearing aid to Dad’s home. What great service!

Approximately five years ago, I was fitted with hearing aids for both ears. The aid in the right ear had feedback; the left ear I wore only for a short time because it really did not help much.

In November of 2010, I went to HearCare and was fitted with 2 aids.. It was amazing how I could hear again. I can now even hear my grandchildren from the back seat. What a great difference.

The Lippold Family did an outstanding all around service for me, and I would recommend them to anybody.

Before leaving for a dove hunting trip to Argentina, I got a new set of hearing aids from HearCare. I had a problem with my old aids when doing outside activities. I took a pair of soft ear muffs on this hunting trip. I wore the muffs on this hunting trip and could hear well while hunting. I had no problems. Also, I didn’t have to take my aids out or worry about losing them. I really enjoyed my hunting trip!

I have been a patient with HearCare for over 30 years. I'm very happy with the service. In July 2009, I was fit with my latest hearing aid and praise every day for this technology and friendly and courteous service.

Life is better for all of us! It’s a miracle! He leaves them in all day and is very comfortable. Compared to his old aid, these are so much better! I can tell when they’re not in. Visiting with people and listening in church is much better. He is able to play the keyboard and accordion with them in.

I was very satisfied with the testing services and all the treatment I’ve had since at HearCare. They even changed the type of hearing aid, because I couldn’t handle the first one with my fingers. All of your HearCare staff has been so good to me. I really appreciate everything.
